I did a 5K today(half walk/half run - but it was my goal to accomplish one this year)and I did the 5K in Shreveport(first time in Louisiana - it was around 2 1/2 hours from here).
It was all good - despite my cold - sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes. :o)

Praise the Lord!!!! (not only for this accomplishment, but for MANY more things in our lives...and the LIFE to come!) Hope the cold (allergy?) symptoms clear up...'tis the season, sounds like.
