Another one bites the dust!!

I played dentist before going to work Sunday night!!! One less tooth to worry about!! What a goofy kid :o)

Here is the toothless wonder.....

So, Matthew lost his first upper front tooth at church on Sunday - on a danish. It was perfect - because he didn't even know what had happened until I saw the blood on the cheese danish. I wouldn't have noticed if it was a cherry danish!! It was safely in his stomach! Now we're waiting for the other one to go - it looks like it's hanging by a thread - but Matthew is very protective of it! ;o)

When God gives you a foot+ of snow....

You build your own sled track and work in your snow fort, of course!

This is why......

So many times, when we do various things in our week, I think, "this is why we home school!". No, it's not perfect - he's not perfect and I am certainly not perfect, but I love, love, love that he has the time to do this!

Christmas Vacation 2014

We had a great time at Grandma and Grandpa H's for Christmas break!! We had wonderful weather = no snow storms like two years ago!! Grandma bought us all great fleece blankets that she and I put together - with a little help. This was Matthew's first year to make it to the first strike of the New Year, too!!

Happy Birthday, Matthew!!! Seven years old!!
