The 50's Spring Concert

The theme of Matthew's school's spring concert was 1950's rock-n-roll. For as much as he said he didn't want to participate - he looked like he was having a great time up there. Good luck in finding him in the finale song with the entire school. It's like finding Waldo. Mark and I had fun trying to find all of his buddies in all of the other grades.

The QU wedding

Matthew went to his first wedding. The Q and U got married at school! They had a ceremony and a reception with dancing and everything. You can see that he took his duties seriously. His buddy grabbed him when the dancing started. They did the chicken dance, the Y-M-C-A, the Hokey Pokey and a line dance among others. I had fun dancing with him, too!

I mustache you a question.....

This was Matthew's reward for completing the reading challenge at school in March. He seemed quite comfortable with it!

This is March at our house 2014

I'm thankful for a drafty house that has kept was warm, a husband who has spent hours upon hours shoveling snow and a son who has gotten lots of opportunities to play.

Tetanus shots

I hate tetanus shots! Thankfully, it cleared up within several days.

Winter 2014

We've had plenty of snow for Matthew and his friends to play in this year! Poor Mark has certainly gotten his exercise in all of the shoveling every week!
